A big majority of our revenue is commission based through our partners. We aim to provide service to all our clients with no mark up on listed prices. Through our partnerships we strive for the same or better rates on most products (hotels, excursion, transportation, etc.) that our clients would be able to find on their own.
Some agencies charge planning and/or booking fees for all trips. We strive to not charge our clients with unnecessary fees because we are passionate about providing excellent service at no additional cost!
A planning or booking fee may be applied (case by case basis that is free to discuss) to very complex trips that require a lot of logistics. (Example: If someone wants a 3 month long trip to 5 different countries with a group of 7 people)
YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED ADDITIONAL FEES WITHOUT BEING NOTIFIED AND AGREED UPON FIRST.
We chose the name Fireside Destinations to evoke the warmth, comfort, and connection of gathering around a campfire—a place where stories are shared and bonds are strengthened. It reflects our desire to create a travel experience that feels relaxed and inviting, bringing people together through exploration. The name also carries a subtle nod to Jacob’s career as a firefighter, tying our personal story into the heart of our business.
